Remember that registered customers can track the status of their orders in their account.

Step 1 - Choosing products

• browse the list of categories or use the search engine to find the right product,
• next to each product you will find detailed information about it,
• remember that registered customers can remember products in the storeroom,
• after finding the product you are interested in, select the COLOR (you must choose at least one of the colors), then select the SIZE and in the case of custom-made and personalized items, provide the necessary data, and if necessary, send a message to the e-mail shop@hokejowyprezent.pl
• if the completion of the order is completed - go to the basket.

Step 2 - Cart Contents

• in the basket you will see exactly what products you have chosen and in what quantity,

• change the value in the quantity column and click "recalculate" to adjust the order,
• by clicking on the x icon you will remove products from the basket,
• choose the form of delivery and payment that suits you,
• if you have a discount coupon, enter it below to receive the discount,
• confirm the selected options by clicking on the "order" button.

Step 3 - Placing an order

• if you have an account in our store, enter your login details and click "log in",

• if you do not have an account, select the option "register" or skip the creation of an account by clicking on "shopping without registration" (you can also purchase by logging in via Facebook or Google); remember that registration will allow you to enjoy many privileges, including:

• • viewing the status of order fulfillment and purchase history
  • no need to re-enter data for subsequent purchases

• enter your name and contact information,
• any additional information about the contract should be placed in the "comments" field
• choose a payment method and a delivery method
  (when choosing the shipping option - Paczkomaty InPost - in the comments to the order, enter the address and code of the recipient's parcel locker.
  You can find pick-up points and parcel lockers on the carrier's website)
• after clicking on "Summary" you will see the complete set of information you have provided,
• clicking on the "Place an order" button means the purchase confirmation,
• After placing your order, you will receive several e-mails confirming the order, payment confirmation and shipping confirmation
